Banana Snuggles
Ingredients:
1 8 inch flour tortilla 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter 2 tablespoons grape jelly 1 firm banana
Instructions:
Soften the tortilla in the microwave for about 10 seconds on high. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla. Smooth the jelly over the top of the peanut butter. Put the banana at the edge of the tortilla closest to you. Roll the banana up in the tortilla. Hold in place with a toothpick until ready to eat.
Tip: If you are putting this in your child's lunch box, freeze the banana before making. This will help keep the jelly cold as the banana thaws.

PB and Honey Cereal Squares
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup sugar 3 cups oat round cereal
Instructions:
Place the honey in a large saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the sugar and stirring constantly to dissolve sugar and bring mixture to a slight boil. Remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and stir well. Place the cereal into the mixture and stir to coat the cereal well. Grease a large pan well with butter being sure to coat the bottom and all sides. With a rubber spatula spread the mixture out evenly in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting.

Dessert Taco
Ingredients:
1/3 cup coconut 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup seedless grapes, cut in halves 1 apple, peel removed and sliced 1 banana, sliced 2 tablespoons apricot pour able fruit 6 taco shells 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl fold together the strawberries, grapes, apples, bananas and the apricot pour able fruit. Place the coconut on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10 minutes being sure to stir about every 3 minutes or so. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Fill he bottom of each taco with just enough yogurt to cover the bottom. Add the fruit

Parmesan Sticks
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon active dry yeast 1 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups unbleached white flour 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 stick of butter, melted Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Place the yeast in a mixing bowl. Add the warm water and stir until the yeast is completely dissolved. Mix together the flour, salt and sugar in a separate bowl. Add the oil to the yeast and gradually add the flour mixture. Mix until the dough becomes stiff.
Once the dough is stiff place it on a floured surface. Knead until the dough become smooth. Grease a bowl with a little canola oil on the bottom and up the sides. Roll the dough into a ball and place it in the prepared bowl. Cover with a towel and allow to sit 30 minutes. Dough should double in size. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. On a floured surface roll the dough out with a rolling pin to form 2 circles about 12 inches wide. Brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Cut into 2 inch strips. Place the strips on a cookie sheet. Bake 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Saucy Turkey Wraps
Ingredients:
6 flour tortillas (8 inch size) 1 cup mayonnaise based salad dressing 1 cup chunky salsa 6 lettuce leaves 6 American cheese slices 12 slices oven roasted turkey
Instructions:
Spread each tortilla evenly with the salad dressing. Smooth the salsa over the top of the dressing. Place a lettuce leaf over the top of the salsa. Add 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of cheese. Beginning at the edge closest to you wrap the tortilla around the turkey and cheese. Secure with a toothpick.
